With a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Louisiana Lafayette, I have a solid foundation in the science of movement and human anatomy. My journey in fitness began on the football field, where I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of athletic performance and injury prevention. This experience ignited my passion for empowering others to reach their highest potential, both physically and mentally. As a certified trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), I specialize in personalized training programs that cater to your unique needs. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or enhance your overall well-being, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. In addition to personal training, I offer specialized stretch therapy sessions designed to increase mobility, reduce tension, and promote recovery.
